SATURDAY 25 APRIL - SOIREE

The month has whizzed by and it is Soiree time again. If you can play an instrument, sing, read poetry (yours or someone else's), then come along on Saturday evening at 8.00 p.m. The Revolution Cafe-Bar, Vrahassi, for an evening of live entertainment and camaraderie.

ANOTHER 2 HOUSES IN VRAHASSI

I have just been to look at 2 more houses for sale in the village. Make an offer but don't be silly about it.

House Number 1 is near to 'Platanos' and it is possible to get a car to the front door. The front of the house has had concrete columns put in but the back is an old 2 story building. Across from the back building and up a little way there is a total ruin of another building which is also for sale together with the house. An excellent property if you are looking for a renovation job. There is electricity to the house. Total area approx 100 sq metres.

House Number 2 - Well this was a house once but sadly no more. The area is approximately 80 square metres with interesting stonework that could be incorporated into a new build. Consider this as just a plot. It is central however and very accessable. Again not far from the area of the 'Platanos Taverna'.
